The capacity of a national supplier. The accountability of a regional partner.
For plant, procurement, and supply chain leaders across the Midwest and Western New York who move real volume and cannot afford a pallet program that slips.
You are not shopping for pallets. You are protecting a schedule.
Here is what tends to go wrong with a wood packaging supplier, and how Troymill answers each one.
A supplier runs short and your line stops.
Deep covered inventory and 50,000+ pallets a week keep product moving through peak weeks and surge orders.
You need pallets now and the vendor cannot move.
Troymill’s own fleet serves core regional lanes, supplemented by trusted freight partners for extended reach. Standard builds ship in about 10 business days, expedited in about 5.
Quality drifts from load to load and jams your line.
Consistent specs across every truckload, engineered through the Pallet Design System so a pallet clears your racking and conveyors on day one.
Your sizes are non-standard and no one runs them at volume.
We pair non-standard dimensions with production-scale capacity, from oversized skids up to 48′ long to grooved banding stock, shipped by the truckload.
Recurring volume turns into a monthly headache.
Build-and-hold and just-in-time programs sized to your cadence, so the same spec shows up on the same lane every time.
A different problem?
Send us the load. Dimensions, weight, and monthly volume are all we need to spec it.
A regional footprint, built on relationships you can reach.
Select your state to see what we ship there and how fast.
Heavy, high-volume, and schedule-driven.
A coil saddle rated for a 10,000 lb steel coil and a conveyor-ready GMA pallet are not the same build. Troymill specs each industry to the load it actually ships.
Trusted where the load matters.
Proven in demanding industrial environments, Troymill supports manufacturers, steel processors, industrial distributors, government agencies, and defense facilities with high-volume pallet programs, specialty wood products, dunnage, and build-to-spec packaging solutions.

What high-volume buyers ask before they switch.
What order sizes does Troymill handle?
Troymill is built for recurring truckload volume. We produce more than 50,000 pallets a week, run the standard 48″ × 40″ GMA pallet and non-standard sizes by the truckload, and support build-and-hold and just-in-time programs for buyers ordering the same specs on a regular cadence.
How fast can Troymill deliver across the region?
Quotes and drawings typically come back within 24 hours. Standard builds run about 10 business days and expedited builds about 5. Troymill’s own fleet serves core regional lanes across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Michigan, and Western New York, supplemented by trusted freight partners for extended reach.
Can Troymill match a non-standard size at volume?
Yes. Non-standard pallets are modeled in the Pallet Design System before a board is cut, so they clear your forklifts, conveyors, and racking on the first load. Crates, skids, blocking, and dunnage are built from your drawings, samples, dimensions, and load requirements. Troymill ships oversized skids up to 48′ long and 100″ wide, grooved banding stock, and specialty packaging by the truckload.
Does Troymill offer heat-treated pallets for export?
Yes. Troymill operates in-house ISPM 15 heat treatment with ALSC-approved IPPC marking. Heat treatment is available on request, and a digital certificate is provided with the bill of lading for international shipments.
Is Troymill only a pallet company?
No. Along with wholesale and non-standard pallets, Troymill supplies hardwood dunnage and cribbing, industrial lumber, pre-cut pallet stock, wood crates and boxes, and specialty products such as coil saddles and coil racks. It is a full wood packaging partner for high-volume freight.
