How Troymill Grades & Rebuilds Recycled Pallets
Sorting Dock – Each incoming pallet is inspected and sorted into A, B, or Core stock.
Repair & Replacement – Broken deck boards or stringers are swapped with kiln-dried replacements cut on-site.
Quality Check – Nails seated, edges square, dimensions confirmed within ± 1/8″.
