Built Big, Built Right, Built by Troymill
When your product footprint exceeds a standard 48 × 40, you need a pallet partner that can scale right alongside it. Troymill engineers and manufactures oversized wooden pallets up to 48 feet long and 100 inches wide, delivering the stability heavy and irregular loads demand, without the lag time or sky-high price you might expect.
From turbine blades and press frames to transformer housings and mega-coils, we’ve seen and shipped it all. Every board is milled, assembled, and quality-checked on our 50-acre Ohio campus, so you get tight tolerances, certified load ratings, and a delivery window you can stake your schedule on.
Why Oversized Pallets Matter
Challenge | How an Oversized Pallet Solves It |
Massive equipment that overhangs a standard deck | Custom length and width keep the center of gravity low and stable. |
Heavy point loads that crush lightweight skids | Beefed-up deck boards and double-thick stringers resist deflection. |
Export regulations for machinery & coil loads | ISPM 15 heat-treated oversized units clear customs in one piece. |
Industries we support include industrial machinery, food-grade products, aerospace tooling, transformer housings, press brakes, large coils, and wind energy components.

Designed in Software, Proven on Your Dock
Every custom footprint is run through our Pallet Design System (PDS). The software models bending, shear, and safe working load before a single board is cut, so you know the pallet will clear forklifts, conveyors, and racking on day one, with no trial-and-error or extra expense.
