What Products Are You Interested In?

Plywood, Plyform, and Oriented Strand Board (OSB) are the workhorse panel products that turn raw lumber into smooth decks, rigid crate walls, and concrete forms that can be poured again and again,  but each panel type does the job a little differently:

  • Plywood is made of cross-laminated veneer sheets, giving it balanced strength and dimensional stability for crate linings, pallet tops, trailer floors, and temporary job-site decking.
  • Plyform (often sold as MDO or HDO) is a plywood panel factory-coated with a resin-treated face; it delivers a smooth, moisture-resistant surface that releases cleanly from concrete and lasts for 15–20 pours.
  • OSB is pressed from oriented wood strands and waterproof adhesive, offering a cost-effective, high-shear panel ideal for sheathing, pallet decks, partitions, and one-way export crates.

What lumber company could call itself complete without the requisite inventory of Plywood, Oriented Strand Board (OSB), and other panel products? Well, quite a few do, actually, but not Troymill. Along with our SPF/SYP dimensional lumber and timber inventory, Troymill stocks OSB, Plyform, and Plywood by the carload. With stores of both APA-certified panels and Industrial-Grade products, Troymill is the place to go for your panel product needs.

Why Troymill for Panel Products?

  • Volume On Hand – Rail-car quantities under roof mean no waiting for the next mill shipment.
  • APA-Certified & Industrial – Choose structural panels that meet code or cost-effective shop grades for one-way crates.
  • Precision Cut-to-Size – Straight-line rip, cross-cut, or CNC pattern cutting to ±1/16″.
  • Heat-Treat & IPPC Stamp – Export pallets or crate panels? We run full lifts through our kilns to ensure ISPM 15 compliance.
  • Bundled Loads – Combine plywood with dimension lumber, dunnage, or pallets on one truck to trim freight costs.

Specialty Concrete-Form Panels

Troymill stocks Plyform Class 1, MDO, and HDO in 1/2″ to 1-1/8″ thicknesses, ideal for contractors who need a smooth finish and multiple reuses. We also carry resin-coated edge sealers and release agents so forms arrive job-ready.

Applications Beyond the Jobsite

  • Export Crates & Boxes – Lightweight OSB sheathing paired with SPF frames.
  • Pallet Deck Inserts – Plywood tops turn stringer pallets into full-deck skids for drums or bags.
  • Temporary Flooring & Barricades – 3/4″ CDX sheets protect finished floors during moves.
  • Machine Tool Bases – Hardwood plywood spreads point loads while staying dimensionally stable.
  • Coil & Pipe Saddles – Masonite liners prevent metal galling against wood dunnage.

Sustainability in Every Sheet

Scrap trim is recylced or reused, and we maintain chain-of-custody paperwork for panels sourced from certified North American forests.
